I wanna purchase the premium edition. I recently purchased the normal edition for mk1 because I wanted to play it early, however I didnt read the part where it said you had to purchase premium edition. I cant buy the premium edition now on steam because i already own the normal one. The premium game comes with kombat pack 1. The pack has 6 playable characters and 5 kameos. If it follows mkx and mk11 there will be skin packs that come with each character as part of the kombat pack. They will also sell skin packs that aren't apart of the kombat pack. Player base is the same. The difference is the DLC content. With MKXL you got all the DLC characters and almost all character skins. I think the price difference between MKXL and MKX is not that big (about 10$) and with XL you got everything there is except for like 3 or 4 skins. Predator alone costs 5$. In Canada it’s $50 more over regular edition. I'm all in so I'd say yes and it comes with extra mk currency and the kombat pack 1 as well as a week early access .run that. You also get the Jean-Claude Van Damme skin for JC which at launch will be exclusive to the premium edition.
